What we collect on this website
When you request a demo: your name, work email, school name, role, a rough number of applications per month, how you handle applications today, and optionally a phone number and message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to limit spam, plus your browser type and the page you sent the form from.
How we use it
Only to contact you about a demo or pilot. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Where it's stored
In an encrypted, access-controlled database used only for this website, separate from the text assistant's systems.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your request at any time. Use the demo request form and mention it in your message.
Student data
The text assistant that schools use is covered by a separate privacy notice that students see before they start, and by the agreement between the school and Solos.
